Consultation fees include the homeopathic remedy and *very simple* questions, concerns or updates especially regarding remedy instructions. 

ACCEPTED PAYMENT TYPES
FSA, HSA, Cash, check, or credit card is expected at the time of service.

*Payment plans are available depending on financial circumstances.

CANCELLATION POLICY
To avoid cancellation fees, notification must be made at least 48 hours prior to an appointment. Appointments that are missed or cancelled late represent time that was scheduled for the client and will be charged the full fee.

COMMUNICATION POLICY
Email is the best method of contact for *very simple* questions, concerns or updates especially regarding remedy instructions. Texts or phone calls to (973) 433-6812 are also welcome for these questions during my normal business hours Wednesday – Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM. Please keep in mind that during this time I may be busy so it may take up to 48 hours before I return your call, email or text.

While I may send emails or instructions while I am “out of office” Sunday – Tuesday please do not rely on responses during this time.

If you have more general questions regarding care or progress then a phone session (10 – 30+ min) is better suited to your concerns which will be charged according to your fee schedule in 10-minute increments. If you cannot ensure that you’ll be available at an exact time for a scheduled check-in then please know that a call request (via text or email) or returned call from a voicemail will result in this session and a charge to the card on file automatically.

Again, in most cases I will call or respond to your message within 48 hours. If discussions of your care plan take place via message exclusively (text or email) you will be charged $20 for the entirety of the text or email exchange that may take place over the course of ~30 minutes or less. Please note that you will be charged automatically to the card on file if the nature of your email is determined to be beyond the scope of what is considered a *very simple* question. (i.e.: did I wait long enough to eat after taking my remedy; how many drops was I supposed to take?; how often was I supposed to administer the remedy?; etc.; remedy refill requests; appointment related inquiries.) All other questions and inquiries are likely to receive a charge.
